cool links on PM. Thank you
Im looking for a project control model which suits to R&D projects. not exactly R&D projects but research R&D projects.
It means the marketing is not important in this projects.
other features of these projects are:
- high uncertainty in results, time and costs,
- only engineering and construction departments of the company are costomers of these projects,
do you have any advices?!
Thank you in advance

ps. I write these lines here as i know u moderate your comments.
I am not aware of such a model for project control. But I think models with such details still are not developted in project management.
Still I dont know for what exactly you want that model. Models in management are usually built to conceptualize some theories or hypothesis. If you want to find a model which you can control a project with that, I am sure you will not find it!
